Truly outstanding! First off, the prices are just fantastic. However, what really stands out is how these folks jumped in to quickly resolve an issue with the delivery service. They handled it all with impressive speed, efficiency, and courtesy. The service is top-notch, way beyond what you usually find (and receive) from other impersonal online retailers. It’s got that personal touch. I can't recommend them enough!

I had a great experience with customer service when I bought my home cinema system, and they even offered me upgraded speakers due to some supply issues. However, one of my speaker drivers ended up splitting, and during my chat with the customer service rep, it felt like they were hinting that I might have caused the damage through misuse. That’s definitely not true! I was given the option to buy a new driver at a discount, but it felt like I was being pressured into it. I went ahead and bought it, with the promise it would arrive in three days. Well, here I am, two weeks later, and still no driver. I've reached out for updates, and while they acknowledged my message and said they were looking into it, I haven’t heard anything about what’s causing the hold-up.

I placed an order for a cinema speaker setup around 8 in the evening on Thursday. It arrived by 3 in the afternoon on Saturday. Best deal in the UK - £300 less than what Amazon offers. Fantastic!

Simply put, outstanding.

Unfortunately, my speakers showed up with a tiny dent from the shipping process. I reached out to customer support, and they promptly organized for a new set of speakers to be dispatched. Plus, they allowed me to keep using the old ones while I waited for the new delivery.

I bought a Wharfedale surround sound setup along with a Denon AVR. When I was ready to make the purchase, I inquired about listening to the entire system. A super knowledgeable guy named Vee set everything up for me and walked me through different configurations, sounds, and answered all my questions. After the purchase, I encountered a few technical hiccups, but none were related to the system itself. Vee and Rob were fantastic in helping me sort things out; they even took the time to recheck the system in their sound room and provided me with excellent advice. The customer service from the folks at homeavdirect is truly outstanding. I've found them to be very knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back to them in the future.

I ordered a Bose 700 surround speaker and saw it was out of stock on the website, but it was set to be available again on January 17th. I shot them an email to check on its availability and got a super fast reply confirming it was back in stock. You just can't find these speakers anywhere else right now! I placed my order that same day, and it showed up the very next day. The service was top-notch, and the staff were really helpful. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service with minimal hassle. Over the past three weeks, I’ve bought two items from this retailer: a Denon CD player and an IFI Zen Blue DAC. The prices for both were quite competitive, and the online ordering process was straightforward. I got both items delivered the very next day, which was super convenient. I didn’t receive an email for my second order or any dispatch notifications, which was a bit odd, but since the packages showed up the day after I ordered, it wasn’t a big deal. Plus, I could easily check the status on their website. Definitely a retailer I’d recommend without hesitation!

I attempted to purchase a compact bluetooth speaker. They claim to offer free delivery to mainland UK. However, I've now been informed that the Scottish Highlands don’t count as mainland, and I have to fork out an additional £12. This product could easily be sent via Royal Mail, but their system just won’t let it be delivered to my address through them. I’ll take my business elsewhere - terrible service and another company that’s tied down by its own rules.

In the past two weeks, I've called a couple of times to see if they had what I needed. They picked up the phone fast, confirmed the item was available, and I placed my order online. Yet another seller with awful communication and lackluster after-sales "help". They even twist their words despite you having it all documented. Once they get your cash, their attitude shifts, so brace yourself for a tough time if you run into any problems with your order.

And take a look at the profiles of those who gave glowing reviews; they seem a bit sketchy.
